Warm Molten-Centred Chocolate Cupcake ;]

Ingredients:

`4 Tablespoon soft Margarine

`55g Caster Sugar

`1 Large egg

`85g Self-raising flour

`1 Tablespoon cocoa powder

`55g Plain Chocolate

`Icing Sugar (For dusting)

*This Only Makes 7 or 8 cupcakes so double the ingredients if you want ;]

1.Put 8 paper baking cases in a muffin tin, or place 8 double-layer paper cases on a baking sheet.

2.Put the margarine, sugar, egg, flour and cocoa in a large bowl and, using an electric hand whisk, beat together until just smooth.

3.Spoon half the batter into paper cases, Using a teaspoon, make an indentation in the centre of each cake. Break the chocolate evenly into 8 squares and place a piece in each indentation, then spoon the remaining cake batter on top.

4.Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven, 170/180 degree celcius, for 20 minutes, or until well risen and springy to the touch. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving warm, dusted with sifted icing sugar.

sup'!(its so cool even thou its old school!)

again as usual nothing much happened today. still the same shit... still havent finished my home work for maths! too hard!!! during moral, a teacher(god noes hu it is) came into the class and did blah blah blah... then continued with cup stacking.... fastest time so far was... i dunno... 14SECONDS!!!!!! holy broccoli!

On to the last lesson of the day... SPANISH!!! we were discussing about whether which objects were feminine and masculine... the table and chair were feminine so david was like omg!(ps Hui Leng said: dun hump the table or else ull make it become pregnant... LOL) sooooo funny... then we wondered what was the bolster's gender was....(since we wrap our legs around it... xcept 4 me laaa)and when mr olilver was takin attendance, he suddenly forgot how to pronounce my name(which he could for the last 3 weeks and thanks to Dea i managed to get my attendance marked)

so nothing else to add flame to sooooooo BYE!!!

Hand In Hand

olla people!

i am so excited! cuz soon me and everyone else(Hui Leng, Dea, Deena, Alicia, Shu Li and Savannah) are gonna go shopping all together. And no parents too!!! how cool.is.that? its gonna be my first time doing so! so EXCITED!!!Dea suggested we go watch a movie... i wonder what to watch...
